Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail sector, and demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service. Candidates should be flexible and available to meet the dynamic needs of the business, ensuring that store objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance:
Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets as set by management. Provide outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting every guest, and maintaining high grooming standards. Adapt sales techniques to meet guest needs and effectively handle objections. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service. Accurately capture client information for follow-up and relationship building. Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary. - Operational Excellence:
Comply with all retail security and operational policies. Assist in the daily setup and maintenance of the boutique, ensuring displays are well-organized. Participate in inventory management and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of retail sales experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with retail operations.
- Proficient in using computer systems and retail management software.
Personal Attributes:
Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
