Position Overview:
$15 / hour. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. As a Safety and Security Officer, you will be responsible for conducting visible patrols of the premises to safeguard the property, assets, guests, and staff. This role offers valuable experience that can serve as a foundation for a career in law enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and uphold the standards of the Worlds of Fun Code of Conduct, Rider Safety Act, and relevant state regulations.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve security incidents by taking appropriate actions based on training and established park policies.
- Provide assistance to guests and staff, including helping lost or separated individuals; respond to emergencies and calls for help as needed; administer basic first aid when required.
- Deliver exceptional guest service in line with company standards, including engaging with guests, answering inquiries, and providing directions.

Training and Certifications:

Employees will receive training in Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB), Personal Protection Control and Defense (PPC&D), Practical and Tactical Handcuffing (PATH), Oleoresin Capsicum Aerosol Training (OCAT), and Heartsaver CPR AED.
