- Exhibiting proficiency in high-volume recruiting with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
- Collaborating with client managers on staffing issues, from recruitment to candidate selection, offer negotiations, interviews, and final placements. Delivering outstanding candidates in a timely manner.
- Forming strategic alliances with senior management to identify staffing needs.
- Evaluating resumes and selecting qualified candidates for client submissions.
- Building and sustaining a network to source qualified candidates.
- Engaging with key candidate communities for both short-term and long-term opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining a database of candidate contacts and job requisitions.
- Managing online job postings and listings.
- Preparing candidates for interviews and conducting follow-ups post-interview.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to nurture existing client relationships and expand professional connections.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
