About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Validation Associate to join our Product team. As a key member of our research team, you will play a critical role in validating our unique datasets and data models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on US households to validate our models and dataset
  • Evaluate new datasets on populations, household finances, real estate, and more
  • Interpret and expand upon company data quality assurance standards
  • Perform analyses to ensure we continue to improve our product quality
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver new products at the highest quality
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a social science (e.g. Economics, Political Science, Sociology, Anthropology, History, Public Policy)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a professional research role or equivalent demonstrated success
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, such as a start-up or a small non-profit
  • Basic statistical analysis skills and understanding of data science concepts
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Understanding of consumer financial data and signals of wealth
  • Knowledge of and interest in SaaS or data companies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets, Jira, and Looker Studio
  • Domain knowledge of marketing technology and/or nonprofit prospect research
  • Previous professional experience in nonprofit prospect research or management, wealth management, or marketing analytics
