Job Overview

The Millennium Group is seeking a dedicated Office Service Associate to manage our Mail Center operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the reception and processing of all materials within the Mail Center, ensuring accurate documentation and delivery.
  • Facilitate the transportation of materials across various departments, including pickups and deliveries within the designated areas.
  • Manage the distribution of office supplies and maintain inventory records.
  • Ensure the Customer Service area is consistently staffed and provide support during absences.
  • Maintain organized records and files to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Possess a solid understanding of postal regulations and computer operations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, including managing challenging interactions.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained in optimal condition and report any operational concerns to management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and workloads.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities and assist in training new staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Mail or Print services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50+ pounds and handle various types of carts.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
