Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining services department, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional food and service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of dietary aides, cooks, and dishwashers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision.
  • Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
