Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tire & Lube Technician to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, tire repairs, and multi-point inspections.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with other technicians to ensure seamless execution of tasks and high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting other technicians in performing technical activities
  • Maintaining open communication with store management regarding mechanical repair problems
  • Ensuring a well-organized and safe work environment
  • Meeting scheduled start times and adhering to deadlines
  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid State of Michigan driver's license
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and management
  • Demonstrates a commitment to providing high-quality service to internal and external customers

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Safe lifting of up to 75 pounds to chest level
  • Bending, twisting, grabbing, reaching, and other typical activities associated with an Automotive Mechanic role
