Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral services and strategies for our growing program.
  • Provide training to staff, volunteers, and parents on behavioral skills and strategies.
  • Assess individual needs and develop behavioral plans to ensure safety, structure, and enrichment for children.
  • Physically provide on-site behavioral interventions and model behavioral skills for staff.
  • Facilitate groups with caregivers, siblings, and family members.
  • Develop materials to support behavior training and maintain compliance with program policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and parent conferences.
  • Actively participate in planning aftercare and discharge services.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • BCBA Certification and LBSC License required.
  • 1 year of experience providing ABA services.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
