Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at the Warren Center for Speech and Hearing in Bangor, Maine. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations and treatment for clients of all ages with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify communication disorders in clients of all ages
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
  • Provide counseling and education to clients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of speech and hearing services

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Speech Language Pathology
  • Experience working with clients of all ages with communication disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
