This role involves promoting the products and services offered by our Lumber Company to builders and their clientele. The position is responsible for generating sales leads through an understanding of client requirements, market competition, and the advantages of our offerings.

Furthermore, this role acts as a representative of the Company throughout the sales process, gathering information on customer requirements and design criteria. The Estimator/Sales Coordinator will also perform blueprint takeoffs using both estimating software and manual methods as necessary. This position entails reviewing plans and specifications while collaborating with the sales team, contractors, and homeowners to deliver precise estimates of the materials needed for various projects.

This role is essential for ensuring effective communication between Sales and Operations, managing Quote/Job/Order tracking and processing, and providing administrative support for these functions. Customer service and resolution of client issues are also key responsibilities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
