At ProActive Physical Therapy Centers, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care and ensuring patient satisfaction. We are expanding our team of dedicated Rehabilitation Technicians to enhance our service to our patients. As a PRN Technician, you will have the chance to work across our various locations, gaining firsthand experience in the fulfilling work of patient support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering physical therapy services under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
  • Prepare and apply therapeutic modalities as directed.
  • Supervise patients during therapeutic exercises.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of patient needs and provide timely assistance.
  • Offer constructive verbal feedback to patients throughout their treatment.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve a patient arrival rate of 90% or higher, and assist with incoming calls at the front desk.
  • Support the front office coordinator with patient scheduling and co-payment collection as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment that emphasizes service excellence and patient satisfaction, ensuring patients enjoy their experience.
  • Focus entirely on the needs of patients at ProActive Physical Therapy Centers.
  • Confirm upcoming appointments with patients via phone.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning and filing.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with patients.
  • Accurately document patient exercise data.
  • Promote the core values of ProActive Physical Therapy Centers.
  • Follow up with patients who miss scheduled appointments.
