We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team at CareNow Urgent Care. As a Radiology Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our urgent care services.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for performing radiology procedures, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with our medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform radiology procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans, to provide accurate diagnoses and treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, including physicians and nurses, to ensure effective patient care and communication.
  • Perform quality control checks on radiologic equipment to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
  • Assist with general patient care, including greeting patients, checking patients in and out, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic sciences.
  • LMRT - Limited Medical Radiology Technician license in Texas.
  • 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is beneficial.
  • Ability to obtain a BLS Certification within 30 days of start.
  • Office Laboratory Assistant License if required by the state.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
