About the Role

We're seeking a Results-Driven Sales Director to spearhead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that deliver exceptional results.

This is a 100% commission-only position with the potential to earn up to $130% commission. You'll have the opportunity to work with over 60 A+ rated insurance companies and enjoy all-expense-paid trips and bonuses.

Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and grow a network of agents and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
