- Experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in production tasks.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with critical thinking abilities.
- Technical skills to operate and troubleshoot production machinery.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Educational background in manufacturing or related fields is a plus.
Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Hours may vary based on production needs.
