Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine Division in all its mission areas, including clinical, teaching, and research activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, education, and research in the division.

  • Mentor junior faculty and staff to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Board certification in Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine.
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical leadership, preferably in a pediatric pulmonary medicine setting.
  • Experience in bronchoscopy and state-wide outreach programs is highly desirable.
