Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed cost analyses for a broad spectrum of construction initiatives.
  • Assess potential project sites for feasibility and associated expenses.
  • Ensure that vendor and subcontractor estimates align with the specified project scope.
  • Prepare estimates that encompass all required insurance considerations.
  • Uphold client confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating and general contracting.
  • Expertise in cost estimating software is required.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, costs, and protocols.
  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, and construction oversight.
