About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team at R Squared Solutions. As a key member of our sales-based team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our grocery-related customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including decision makers and store managers
  • Ensure product availability at retail locations by fulfilling merchandising needs
  • Participate in promotional activities to increase sales volume
  • Manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • 18 years or older
  • Some sales experience or willingness to learn
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily travel within an assigned territory
  • Ability to lift lbs.
What We Offer
  • Competitive starting wage: $20.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6-8am start with shifts averaging 8 hours for FT employees
  • Paid mileage and travel reimbursement when applicable
