- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance or custodial work
- Possession of a valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Outdoor tasks with potential exposure to extreme weather conditions
- Working in proximity to mechanical, industrial, and electrical equipment
- Exposure to various chemicals, sewage, and dust
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Occasional requirement to work outside of standard hours
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $22.99 to $25.29 per hour. Benefits include paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks.
