The Facility Maintenance Specialist will undertake a range of cleaning and upkeep duties to guarantee our location is presentable for staff, guests, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitizing:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors; dust and wipe down surfaces; clean and sanitize restrooms; empty trash and replace liners.
Stocking and Inventory:
Maintain cleaning and restroom supplies; manage inventory and submit replenishment requests; assist with receiving and distributing supplies.
Safety and Security:
Adhere to safety protocols; report safety hazards, incidents, or security concerns.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
Collaborate with custodial staff and maintenance teams; communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers; provide support to other departments as needed.
Shift: 2nd shift - 4:30 pm to 3:00 am
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
