Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Order Fulfillment Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing outbound service orders and program parts for shipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Fulfill service orders in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Maintain a safe and efficient workflow, adhering to company standards
  3. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in electronics technology or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related industry
  • Strong understanding of PC and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $48,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
