The MEETING SPOT Restaurant is a premium casual dining destination, newly opened and already making waves in the community. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, a warm atmosphere, and a menu that celebrates fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our menu and daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service, meeting the high standards of our restaurant
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials, driving sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for food and beverage
- Ability to work in a dynamic team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to providing excellent service
