Job Overview

The Studio Sales and Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, managing operations, and leading a high-performing team at Orangetheory Fitness studio #0320. This individual will oversee all aspects of membership acquisition, retention, employee development, and sales performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Operations Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage operational budgets, and maintain front desk systems.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and mentor OTF staff to achieve high performance, provide excellent customer service, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Coordinate sales drivers, oversee sales processes, and maintain class size through promotional initiatives.
  • Customer Service and Community Engagement: Foster a positive customer experience, resolve issues promptly, and plan engaging events to enhance community involvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Enforce corporate policies, maintain facility cleanliness, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct staff performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies for continuous improvement in sales, service, and operations.

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in retail or direct sales management/lead generation systems.
