Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Buca di Beppo, a vibrant Italian restaurant with a rich history and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Warmly greet and engage with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Effectively merchandise food and beverages, highlighting our signature dishes and specials.
  • Record orders accurately and monitor the timing of the dining experience to ensure seamless service.
  • Ensure quality food and beverages are delivered to guests, meeting our high standards.
  • Upsell and suggestive sell at every opportunity, enhancing the guest experience.
  • Present accurate bills and collect payment, ensuring a smooth transaction.
  • Pre-bus and reset tables, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow our Ten Points of Difference and Guest Standards of Execution, as outlined in our Server Workbook.
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations, delivering exceptional service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, using positive communication skills to achieve our goals.
  • Clean, stock, and maintain the workstation throughout the shift, adhering to safety and sanitation policies.
Requirements
  • High School Degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
  • Prior experience as a server in a full-service high-volume restaurant preferred, but not required.
  • Six months of successful experience as a Wait Assistant at Buca di Beppo is required for promotion to a server position.
