  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Sales Performance: Assist in driving sales performance by managing merchandise displays, pricing, and promotions.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the store's appearance, including cleaning, sweeping, and performing minor repairs.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety policies and procedures are followed, including monitoring the store's CCTV system and reporting any incidents.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior retail experience, preferably in a convenience store environment, is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working a minimum of two nights per week and three weekends per month. The incumbent must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
