LPN or RN Position

We are seeking a skilled LPN or RN to join our team at Golden Age Manor in Amery, WI. As a part-time employee, you will work every other weekend PM shift or have the opportunity to pick up hours on any shift. This is a casual position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to residents on assigned units
- Supervise non-professional nursing personnel and evaluate their performance
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as ordered by physicians
- Develop and implement resident care plans to meet individual needs
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
