Eliot is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Mentor to join our team. As a Therapeutic Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting the resiliency of youth in our community through the Wraparound Approach.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with youth and their families, providing a stable and supportive environment for growth and development.
- Work collaboratively with the care planning team to understand the needs of each youth and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide weekly visits with youth in the community, promoting fun and engaging experiences that foster strengths and competencies.
- Engage in ongoing education, training, and supervision to ensure the highest level of care and support for our youth.
- A comprehensive benefit package, including professional development opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and supervision toward professional licensure.
