At Eliot, we're seeking a passionate and empowering Therapeutic Mentor to support the resiliency of youth in our community. As a key member of our team, you'll work one-on-one with youth to help them identify strengths and build their competencies while having fun. Our Therapeutic Mentor will work with the youth to understand their needs and be their voice until they can find their own. Responsibilities include weekly visits with the youth in the community, weekly contact with the family and care planning team, and ongoing treatment planning. You'll be supported through ongoing education, training, and consistent weekly supervision. Opportunities for growth and internal transfers within our 100+ programs serving diverse populations are also available. Our comprehensive benefit package includes professional development, tuition reimbursement, supervision toward professional licensure, flexible scheduling, and more. Schedule: Varied.
