Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with complex medical needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assess patient needs and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Demonstrated experience working in PCU or similar environments.
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of practice.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, including night shifts.
The salary package for this position includes a competitive hourly rate based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, along with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Additionally, benefits start day one, including a referral bonus, employee assistance programs, and more.
