Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Research and interpret tax laws and regulations, providing expert advice and guidance to various business units.

  • Identify tax optimization opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in tax accounting, with a strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex tax concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in tax software and systems, with a preference for those with experience in PLEX and/or OneStream.
