This pivotal position supports the National Sales Force and Strategic Accounts team in securing significant projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-sales & Sales Support: Assist regions with customer engagement during pre-sales and sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and understanding client requirements.
  • Proposal Evaluation: Provide guidance on solution design, offer alignment, and risk assessment.
  • Thought Leadership: Share expertise and disseminate knowledge within the segment.
  • Product Evaluation: Collaborate with Strategy & Marketing by providing insights, content, and feedback for product roadmaps.
  • Project Execution Review: Assess and evaluate project execution.

Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities; adapt marketing strategies to align with evolving market conditions.

Collaborate with other functional managers (especially in sales, customer service, production, and R&D) to ensure marketing strategies are cohesive with overall business objectives.

Maintain and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities, leveraging business and financial acumen to create compelling value propositions.

Implement competitive sales strategies to secure business and lead or participate in contract negotiations.

This role may be a fit for you if:
Possess a BA degree or equivalent experience.
Have over 6 years of industry knowledge and experience, ideally in sales and pricing.
Demonstrate expert or advanced product and application knowledge along with a comprehensive understanding of the customer project process and bidding.

Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Show proven leadership influence within sales teams.
Be self-directed, proactive, and motivated.
