Role Overview:
The Environmental Health and Safety Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the well-being of our workforce. This position is responsible for driving initiatives that enhance safety standards and environmental practices, ensuring a secure workplace for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and oversee safety committees to promote employee engagement.
- Design and implement thorough EH&S training programs.
- Facilitate communication strategies to cultivate a strong safety culture.
- Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Provide expert guidance during incident investigations and change management.
- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and manage associated programs.
Qualifications:
