About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Counseling Specialist to join our team at Ladgov Corporation.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that will work Monday through Friday, 08:00-16:30. The successful candidate will provide high-quality counseling services to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and assessments to inform treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions to address various mental health concerns.
  • Make referrals to external agencies and community resources as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive case documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in mental health counseling.
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
  • A valid State LCSW License or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
