Maintenance Director

As the Maintenance Manager at Wisenbaker Builder Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and efficiency of our manufacturing facility's equipment and machinery. Your focus will be on safety and sustainability, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and reduce operational costs.

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations, including machinery and plant infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, budgets, and schedules to optimize equipment performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute maintenance tasks without disrupting production schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and work orders.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to address equipment and machinery issues.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Proven track record of improving maintenance processes and driving operational efficiency.
