Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement facilities management plans to meet resident needs and create a superior living experience.
  • Lead a team of maintenance professionals to provide preventative, predictive, planned, and emergency maintenance services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to optimize profitability.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate agreements to deliver maximum value.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, policies, and workflows to drive operational consistency.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Advanced knowledge of full-cycle maintenance, including preventative, predictive, planned, and make-ready programs.
  • Knowledge and experience in mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, construction, and masonry.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze data to drive business strategies.
  • Financial experience developing and executing budgets and negotiating vendor agreements.
