Job Overview

Mt. Indie is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Engineer to play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to extract valuable insights and inform business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Apply statistical techniques and data mining methods to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Develop and maintain risk patterns to support predictive analysis and strategic decision-making.
  • Create compelling data visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Work with data processing frameworks to manage and analyze large-scale datasets.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and tools in data analytics to implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all data analytics activities.

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance (required due to contract).
  • U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship (required by contract).
  • Willingness to support systems requiring 24x7x365 uptime, including participating in an on-call schedule.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with strong proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools and languages.
  • Experience with database systems and knowledge of common software tools.
  • Expertise in Big Data and Cloud technologies, and familiarity with tools like Apache Spark and Hadoop.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, supporting geographically diverse locations in mission-critical environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
