As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial reports, as well as providing analytical support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Account Reconciliations: Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of our financial records.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide analytical support to our leadership team, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as financial system implementations, process improvements, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a Master's degree and CPA certification preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience with financial software and systems.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the retail or restaurant industry, with knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations.
