Firstsource LLC seeks a highly skilled Eligibility and Enrollment Team Lead to join their Bradenton, FL-based team. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the Department Manager and be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the staff. Your primary duties will include leading, supervising, and developing departmental teams, as well as coordinating account inventories and reporting to the Department Manager on a daily and weekly basis.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing departmental teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Overseeing and directing the daily activities of staff, ensuring seamless workflow and productivity
  • Coordinating account inventories and reporting daily/weekly to the Department Manager
  • Preparing and conducting staff training to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate time and attendance records for staff
  • Problem-solving operational issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Conducting performance reviews to ensure employee growth and development
  • Assisting with the hiring process to identify top talent
  • Delegating and inspecting workflows to ensure efficiency and quality
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Relevant Eligibility Supervisor experience, with a strong understanding of Medicaid processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with coworkers, staff, and clients
  • A professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong work ethic and initiative
  • Working knowledge of Personal Computers and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of success in similar roles
