Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing basic patient care and treatment, collaborating with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications, and educating patients on medical treatments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic patient care and treatment
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
  • Educate patients on medical treatments
  • Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed as an LPN (State of New York)
  • Certification program completed as an LPN
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Updated resume
  • 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
  • Social Security card
  • Drug Screen
  • Fingerprinting- Background check
  • LPN license
  • Voided Check/Direct Deposit from the bank (– for payroll)
  • 2 reference letters / references to call
  • Covid Vaccination Card / Exemption
  • BLS/CPR
  • TB Test (PPD/QuantiFERON) (– at least within the last 12 months)
