Job Overview

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Cake Artisan is responsible for adding the final decorative elements to our beautifully frosted cakes and ensuring that orders are assembled accurately for optimal presentation. Adhering to our proprietary techniques and food safety protocols, the Cake Artisan tailors cake and balloon orders with unique decorations and packaging that reflect each guest's special occasion. Key Responsibilities

• Customize cake and balloon orders with the appropriate decorations and packaging, following our strict methods and food safety standards.

• Assemble cake and balloon orders according to guest specifications, ensuring adherence to NbC's decorating and presentation standards.

• Manage workload based on the schedule to guarantee timely completion of all orders, including those for walk-in guests.

• Prepare cake decorations, boxes, bows, and other packaging materials in advance to meet demand.

• Monitor inventory of crafting supplies and alert management when restocking is necessary.

• Assess frosted and decorated cakes to ensure compliance with NbC quality standards and report any issues to management.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, ensuring all tools are ready for the next shift.

• Assist the Guest Service Representative with walk-in guests and phone inquiries as needed.

• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, as well as NbC policies and procedures, including dress code and personal hygiene standards.

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
