Compensation:
Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
As a Civil Litigation Counsel, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and preparation.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and filing essential legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
3. Representing clients in court, mediations, and depositions.
4. Collaborating with senior attorneys to prepare and present cases effectively.
5. Maintaining open communication with clients, ensuring they are informed about case developments and addressing their inquiries professionally.
6. Negotiating settlements to resolve disputes amicably when possible.
7. Staying updated on relevant laws, rulings, and regulations that may affect clients and cases.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and good standing.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.

5. Proven experience in litigation, mediation, and depositions.
