Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience in midstream facilities and US pipeline projects, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing mechanical datasheets and piping specifications to ensure compliance with client standards and expectations.
  • Interfacing with subject matter experts at facilities and engineering contractors to ensure mechanical capabilities meet project objectives.
  • Working closely with the project team to ensure mechanical capabilities, PSM compliance, safety, and environmental requirements meet business goals.
  • Providing guidance on rotating and fixed equipment specifications, equipment design reviews, and supplier recommendations.
  • Participating in PHAs, model reviews, and mechanical reviews throughout the project design.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • ~ 5+ years of experience with midstream facilities.
  • ~ 5+ years of experience with pipelines in the US.
  • ~ Experience in mechanical engineering focused on projects in chemical, petrochemical, or refinery settings.
  • ~ Experience with pumps, valves, traps, strainers, piping, fixed, rotating, and piping codes and standards.
