Job Overview:
Woodstream Falls Condominium Association is a residential community consisting of 470 units in Denver/Aurora. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the property is maintained in a clean and attractive condition.
  • Perform daily inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist with seasonal duties including soil preparation, planting, snow removal/mitigation, and sprinkler maintenance.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of some maintenance experience (light carpentry, household plumbing, etc.).
  • Must share on-call duties with another employee on a rotating basis.
  • Requires a car or the ability to live within walking distance of the complex.
  • Willingness to accept $16.50/hour during a probationary period of 30-90 days.

Benefits:

Estimated Salary: $16.50/hour, equivalent to approximately $34,400/year (based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year).
