Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, plumbing work, and grounds keeping
- Handle emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs as needed
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet company standards

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance-related field
- Availability for on-call duties
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check

Salary Range
$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location, hours, experience, and qualifications. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid time off, and other perks.
