Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) at CHRISTUS Health is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions. With a focus on providing compassionate and individualized care, the RN assesses patients' needs, develops and implements care plans, and evaluates outcomes. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
This position is part of our team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills, a 150-bed hospital serving the San Antonio community. Our hospital offers a range of specialized services, including orthopedic and surgical care, ICU, women's services, and more. As a RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the development of our nursing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred.
- BLS required.
- RN License in the state of employment or compact.
