We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Civita Care Center at Cheshire. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.
  • Provide emergency care as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Manage medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement.
  • Supervise and support fellow team members to maintain high care standards.
  • Monitor and document treatment and medication effectiveness.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • LPN or RN license
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Willingness to participate in in-service training upon request
