Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team in Cheshire, CT. As a clinician with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to our clients. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with a focus on autonomy and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality mental health services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the growth and success of Thriveworks through active participation in team meetings and initiatives

Requirements

  • Must have a doctoral degree in psychology or a related field (PhD or PsyD)
  • Must be licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut
  • Must have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a passion for working with diverse populations
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
