Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.
  • OSHA-10 certification and a degree in a construction-related field (e.g., construction management, engineering) are preferred.
