Job Description

This full-time position involves overseeing community engagement programs, fostering strong relationships with local organizations, civic groups, and community leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a community engagement strategy aligning with Delta Utilities' corporate values and sustainability goals.
  • Build relationships with local communities, civic organizations, non-profits, and community leaders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Delta Utilities and local stakeholders to align company initiatives with community needs.
  • Plan and execute community events, public forums, and meetings to enhance Delta Utilities' community presence.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, public affairs, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in community relations, government affairs, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of community relations strategies, public policy, and stakeholder engagement.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $125,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
