Job Summary

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with both pediatric and adult patient care experience to join our fast-growing team. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in the patient's home under the supervision of a physician.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow start of care plans and provide treatment, discharges, wound care, and medication administration
  • Work collaboratively with a clinical team to achieve positive patient care outcomes
  • Provide total infant care, including treatment and interventions
  • Must be a licensed driver with a vehicle in good working order
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of recent Home Health Agency experience with relevant experience treating pediatric patients
  • Ability to care for adults/geriatric patients
  • Diploma, Associate, or Undergraduate degree in Nursing
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with medical staff and family members
