About the Role

Bell Partners is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, providing a safe and attractive environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to optimize resource allocation
  • Collaborate with community managers to resolve resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family housing environment
  • Proven supervisory experience and ability to lead a team
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
